Meghan Arbegast grew up in Stability-Widefield, Colorado. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from North Dakota Point out College in Fargo, in 2021.
Arbegast wrote for The Spectrum, NDSU’s university student newspaper, for three many years and was Head News Editor for two several years. She was an intern with College Relations her previous two semesters of college or university.
Arbegast handles information pertaining to the town of Grand Forks/East Grand Forks together with town hall protection.
